Tip of the Day:

(Apologies for the typo in the last post!)
Personally, I tend to daydream more when I do not have much to do, or if I feel unmotivated and unproductive. Sometimes, just simply getting dressed can help you get in that productive mindset. If you feel more motivated, you're more likely to go out and do things instead of sitting at home daydreaming. Find a fun project to do, and focus on that and not your daydreams.

Q:What is Maladaptive Daydreaming?

Maladaptive Daydreaming Disorder is when one daydreams or fantasizes excessively and obsessively. The fantasie may focus on a celebrity, action, violence, or sexual interaction.

Welcome to my blog. Here, I will be posting blogs, advice, stories, and other news about Maladaptive Daydreaming. I will also be posting some of my experiences with MDD. I hope this is helpful to you.
